"The welcome from staff maybe wasn't as warm as we had experienced on the rest of our Spain road trip, but the room was excellent, within easy walking system of the sights and the shopping streets. The only other item which requires mentioning is that two websites (including the hotel's own) mentions that there is a bar onsite. I could see a bar (photo attached), but when I asked, staff said 'we don't have a bar'. I commented that for a hotel that appears to be owned by a winery and has images...

"The location is great, right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quite old but not bad. It will work for a quick stay but I would prefer a different one for two or more nights."

"La limpieza es mejorable. El sofá cama directamente es inutilizable, no es un sofá cama al uso, sino un respaldo que se despliega hacia atrás, dejando dos ¿colchones? que quedan con curvatura hacia arriba, resultando muy incómodos. La cama estaba bien. La cocina con el equipamiento justo pero necesario. El baño, lo mismo. Muy fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores y un bar/restaurante para desayunar o cenar a menos de dos minutos andando. Para una noche y salir del paso"

"What a difference compared to NH Cáceres! The room is clean, contemporary, cosy, warm. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very good and staff friendly. Well done! Wish we stayed longer. Next time- it’ll be choice number one for us, thank you!"

"Phoned 1hr before arrival and told all bookings today are complete. After 10 mins trying to explain in my broken Spanish and their broken English managed to resolve. Arrived reception on 5floor took another 15mins to sort passport details. Room clean beds clean . "
