"The positives were most definitely the patio and location near a variety of restaurants. Front desk person even gave recommendations for places to eat. Negative was the room smelled musty and a bit mildewy when A/C kicked on. Might need to clean vents?"

"The staff seemed to genuinely care which made all the difference to me. Don't be mean to them. The property is older and does show it's age. The continental breakfast was decent with you staples like cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, juice and coffee. That said, the room was not the cleanest, we did have to request fresh bedding which was promptly provided. But the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We asked to be somewhere quiet and staff was happy to accommodate....

"We found this hotel via a search when a glitch caused us to not be able to complete ourctrip in one day. We were very happyvto find a hotel along our travel route at a reasonable price. Itcwas clean, quiet, and nice enough, but was a step or two below where we had stayed the previous night...carpet stains, lesser quality appointments, smaller luggage carts, a queen size blanket on a king size bed. "Stayed for six nights with small dog. Family nearby. Helpful staff and comfortable room. Able to sleep young grandchild overnight. Played in the pool over several days. Lots of traffic in hotel associated with the university. It could be a little cleaner."
