Staff was very accommodating. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast offerings were good. Only negative was there was no easy way to fill a water bottle with cold water. Hotel located right off highway so easy access. Overall a great hotel.

Rooms were clean. Took 25 minutes to check in- I was 2nd in line. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very disappointing: coffee was watered down. No plates at the buffet; we asked as well as several others and were told there were none. No drinks at all (water, OJ, milk: nothing)- asked the front desk if we could get a bottle of water and she said "they're not free" and offered the water fountain down the hall. Overall - I'll take a clean room over a bad breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was room to park our 32 ft camper out back and our room was at the back where we could see it. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Pool was under construction. Could use a water dispenser and vending machines. The gym was small but it had all I needed. The remote for the tv was gross. Need wipes for equipment and remote, a hand sanitizer dispenser, and hand soap in bathroom (other than bar soap that I don't know where it had been), and towels in gym. Walking distance of Cracker Barrell, a definite plus!

Great stop on 81 with family and pets

This is a great place to stop when traveling on I-81. Megan at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and it’s a great place to stay if you are traveling with a dog.
