"Établissement est très beau , le déjeuner copieux et le personnel très gentil. Le problème que cet établissement n’est insonorisé. J’étais sur le coin d’un passage principal et j’entendais les gens discuter comme s’ils étaient avec moi dans la chambre. Même chose lors du massage et des soins. Chambre pas confortable et lit extra ferme. Pas moyen d’avoir un surmatelas confortable en mousse. Odeur d’égouts très désagréable dans la chambre. Lavabo bouché et personne n’est venu régler le problème. "

You have to come first otherwise there is nothing left - half of the slide of the aqua park were closed. When asked about the situation you can different answers from different staff members - the restaurant and hotel staff are very unfriendly and they don’t care about your experience Two positive points: - nice warmed pool - friendly entertainment crew"

"1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire. 2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler."

"Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. "Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call...
