Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. "We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. "
