"Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not maintained and the basic functions, heating/cooling, lack of cleanliness, plumbing and response to immediate and continuous issues was poorly handled. We had to leave. We were moved from 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with overwhelming moisture and cooling failure and a disgusting mildew odor. "Not exceptional. The hotel was comfortable with, “no frills”. The staff was continuously working for some sort of underhanded/under the table “commissions”, “cut of the action”, with every single thing we attempted to work out with the concierge or drivers. A simple hotel car became too much and not safe for any of us. Constant manipulation of the truth, demands that the car be paid for in cash instead of the agreed on payment to the hotel.
