"The hotel reception and bar staff are excellent. However the restaurant is appalling. The quality of the food is poor. There is very little vegetarian options, except for boiled veg. If you arrive at breakfast past 7:30am, there is hardly any food left and the staff do not replenish the plates. Even the coffee pot is not refilled! The staff try their best and are very helpful, but unfortunately it is not worth the money. There are better and cheaper places to stay in Maputo"

The room was large and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning, electric kettle, tea and coffee making supplies, a mini fridge, a flatscreen television with international news and entertainment channels (roughly half in English), ample luggage storage, an electronic safe, an excellent buffet breakfast with many local and international options like fried and boiled eggs, fresh fruits and veggies,...

There was no coffee or tea in the room, but as I called reception to ask for some- was told to visit the cafe [which had closed and now was serving fast food]. The is no hotel shuttle to the airport - but they can arrange a taxi to collect you - which was 700MNZ - quite expensive and the reception woudl not assist with negotiations. "
