"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Fantastic, everything you need is here, highly recommended. One or two of the staff are a little miserable but that could be due to the very long hours and tiredness it can't be easy. "

"Everything was excellent however the prices of the restaurants in the hotel is expensive! The beach restaurant is way too overpriced. The menu is in euro however when we get the bill it’s in Turkish lira which makes us not know what’s the actual price due to the currency change. "
