"the hotel was nice , staff were great, location was great Expedia was the only disappointment as they took my money and my reservation never showed up at the hotel and I had to pay a second time.. "We stayed here for one week. It is a wonderful small hotel with a heated swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here is truly exceptional and that is what makes this place so special. Saul, the manager, was always friendly and helpful. He helped to arrange our fishing trip and we had many great conversation with him. We highly recommend this hotel to our fellow travelers and hope to return to Loreto and another stay at the Loreto Playa Boutique Hotel. "
