"We chose this hotel partly for shuttle to airport. We made a reservation, when the shuttle arrived a group that was going to a conference all got on the shuttle with standing room only. My husband and I are handicapped and the driver did nothing about the situation, I had to confront the group to get a seat. According to making the reservation there are a set number of sets that was not enforced at all"

Por isso, mesmo meu voo sendo no final da tarde, tive que ir ao aeroporto logo depois do check out (às 11h), pois nao teria onde deixar as malas e muito menos acessar o hotel novamente. Isso foi bem desagradavel."

"The staff were very friendly with plenty of information, pro tips and helpfulness. It’s the quality and cleanliness of the hotel itself. 1. There was black mold around both of our windows that extended along the wall. Mentioned it to the manager and we got a “sorry that sucks” I would have thought there would be an offer to move me to a different room or have it cleaned. That’s didn’t happen. 2. Mold continued in the shower in the grout of the tile. 3.Bedside lamp didn’t work. 4. "

"Amazing, loved the plane in the grounds, didn’t take breakfast but looked great and the golden buzzer in the lift is a great draw. Pool was good although if a family member opted out of swimming they couldn’t spectate due to automated showers. Parking is pricey."

"Diese Unterkunft ist in jedem Sinne einfach wundervoll. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Ausstattung der Kapsel ist pragmatisch und reicht völlig aus. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Die Aufenthaltsräume, wozu ein kleiner Wintergarten, ein Speiseraum und eine kleine Bar zählen, sind zauberhaft. "Very convenient walk to central Amsterdam near all of the restaurants, Anne Frank house, Van Gogh Museum, canal cruises, Heineken. Clean, comfortable, nice little dining area with a coffee machine to make your own coffees in the mornings. Vending machine in lobby for any snacks or drinks you may have forgotten to grab. Tram isn’t a far walk either. Staff were very nice. Bathroom is a little small and has a step up so sometimes would trip going in and out. Housekeeping tidied up very nicely...

"Room was clean, secure and comfortable. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. Staff, overall were helpful and professional. Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough. "
