"Kamer was niet budget maar LOW budget. Te smoezelig om in te verblijven."

"De kamer was zoals verwacht bij aankomst. Het was schoon en opgeruimd. Een verbeterpunt zou wel zijn dat er een raam moet komen die open kan. We hadden na het douchen last van de warmte en stoom in de kamer, daardoor was er weinig ventilatie. Een airco was wel aanwezig. Verder een prima verblijf gehad!"

"Unfortunately we checked out early due to damp and mold in two of our rooms (room 111 and 214). I would avoid at all costs. Positives: 5min from Rotterdam station. Some people might find it a quirky hotel and appealing because of this. But I totally disliked it. Negatives: 1. No lift so you have to carry cases up many akward steps. 2. Mold and damp in rooms. 3. No ventilation as windows didn’t open. 4 Breakfast only had a continental option. 5. Unhelpful staff. 6. When the room upstairs...

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...

"De kamer was groot en schoon. Ook fijn dat de wc apart van de badkamer zit. Wel vond ik de kamer erg somber, met 1 raam en een dakraam voelde het bleef het binnen vrij somber"
