"Terrible experience and no hot water!!
There was no hot water from the first night and continuing into the next day. This meant the apartment was not usable as intended. I had to wash using cold water in the sink and rely on wet wipes, which is not acceptable for paid accommodation.
What made this worse was how it was handled. Compensation was initially offered at 15%, then increased to 30%, then 50% with a voucher, before later being reduced back to 15%. This inconsistency did not reflect the...

"Room was unbearably hot on the first day. Someone left the thermometer on 30C... It took the whole night & following day to cool down as it was a top floor (3rd Fl) apartment and being under the eaves the heat was trapped.
The only ventilation was a velux window in the sitting room. There was no way to ventilate the bedroom, which was steaming hot. All the windows in the bedroom were locked by the hotel.
The coffee machine was broken.

"Unless you are prepared to use your phone for everything, this is a contactless property, and at times that was frustrating. Also, our room was not ready at 3:00 check-in time, when we flew in early and had already waited 6 hours. Not only was the room not ready, it wasn’t properly cleaned. Garbage can was full in the bathroom. Body wash bottle was empty. Be aware the property is on the east side, so you will need to catch a bus to the train station area. "One bedroom- bath is next to bedroom- has a glass door. When the bathroom light is on the bedroom is lit up. Views not so great. Staff is very nice.
Had to ask for a cleaning and towels and toilet paper and tissues and soap. The room was not well stocked when we arrived.
