"Gezellig hotel in heel mooi kader. Jongen aan de check in balie was heel kortaf en niet vriendelijk. Kamers hebben geen water (alles is betalend). Luide muziek in de gang tot 21u en geen gordijnen maar jaloezieën waardoor het niet echt donker wordt op de kamer. Daarnaast is er veel geluidshinder door mensen die op het terras zitten en hoor je alles in de kamer. Raamisolatie kan beter. Ik heb al in veel hotels geslapen maar dit vond ik wel teleurstellend. Net niet goed genoeg om de eerste indruk...

"This hotels location was great, however the bed was not very comfortable, it was soooo soft and had no support. It was over all a fine place to stay for 2 nights but not sure the air conditioning would be sufficient if it were hot."

"Check-in was very slow but got a room upgrade (which was old part of the building), which was great initially but there was no AC & therefore had to request a fan (especially on a 35 degree day), received a Dyson fan that didn’t do the job very well. Housekeeping for your room was asked at check-in which I found very unusual as it should be something as a default or by a sign in your room when required. Breakfast is well worth getting with your room as it was exceptional & great service. Lastly...

"Nice hotel ticks the boxes of cleanliness, comfort, modern roomy bathroom, great shower, etc. The room was cosy especially since we were coming off a cruise and had bigger suitcases. Staff beyond helpful and friendly. We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready yet. The offered us complimentary coffee and water at the lobby bar. They stored our luggage and put them in the room once it was ready. They offered helpful advice on dining options and transportation. Breakfast buffet was excellent....

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im The Manor. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und super schön. Auch dass wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten, ist ein Pluspunkt. Service und alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Breakfast was verygood. Location was perfect. One of the staff member with the name of Stim was amazingly helpful he made our stay unforgeteful many thanks to you Stim you were an angel for my son who's quadriplegic, without your help I don't know how we could survived It ashame that the name hilton hotel did not provide room services at night, there were no bath robe,no slippers and bed linen and towers are old and wear off. Please uphold the name you carry by improbing your services"

"This new hotel is everything I would want a hotel in amsterdam would be. It s modern minimalist, amazing view and the receptionist is also pretty kind to let us check in early. Totally reccomended , I would stay here again"

"Staff is great. Very rare to have all hotel staff to be very helpful and always with a smile. The room is specious and very clean. Breakfast food had variety of hot and cold options, everything was tasty. Special thanks to Charona who helped us at the front desk on arrival and to Tess who helped us on the departure. Both were tentative and with a smile. I loved this hotel as a package. I couldn’t fault it any part of my stay. I will definitely stay here again."

"I love this hotel, firstly it is ideally located a few minutes from dam square and a short walk from the train station, ideally located for a number of local attractions. Great balconies available on request with beautiful views of the canals. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The usual “Amsterdam stairs” on entry but all in all this is my go to place to stay in the city, I believe balcony rooms are available on request. This is a non smoking...

"There are no movies available even for rent in the rooms. Also sad there was not even a hot tub, never mind a pool at all. I noticed not this time as well as the previous stay (1 1/2 weeks prior to this) that the toilet had urine stains both under the seat lid as well as on the toilet basin below the seat. This was unacceptable."
