"This place was an incredible and completely unexpected find! The out of the way location and beautiful surroundings were indeed a breath of fresh air! "This is an absolutely beautiful “Boutique” Hotel overlooking the main canal going through Middelburg. The train station is on the other side of the canal offering easy access to hotel and bike rentals. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless with modern spacious rooms. "The location of the hotel was super good. Onsite parking was sufficient, although a lit bit thight. It cost 10 euro's, but you can come/leave whenever you want. Staff was very friendly and helpful/ The room wasn't big but we got a corner room with lots of light. The hotel temperature was a little bit too warm for us. But maybe because of the many elderly guests. We had to open a small window to make it cooler. We did experience some noise during the night. Not sure if this was from other hotel...

"Das Chaelt war (bis auf wirklich Kleinigkeiten) sehr sauber. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war wunderschön, groß, modern und gemütlich. Einzig ein wenig Wiese htte den Fellnasen gefehlt. Wir hatten eine riesige, umzäunte Terasse, aber leider kein Stück Wiese. Da aber der Strand ganz nah war und die Temperaturen auch fürdie Fellnasen nicht so waren, dass sie sich draußen hingelegt haben, stellte das dann doch kein Problem dar. Chalet A26. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!).
