"I can honestly say that I last night had the worst experience with any hotel staff across the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at. I simple request early in the evening for a few more pillows to our room completely blew up after the staff ignored us until around midnight. After three attempts I went to the “reception” and Hamid was gaslighting and lying to me saying that it was against hotel policy to issue more then one (1) pillow per guest. And there were no more pillows in the hotel. And what...

"This is a good place to stay with a family. It's very spacious and pretty well located. I would say be careful booking the room with a loft---very unsafe for young kids. Other than that, nice place!"

"Das Hotel liegt gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ist an sich auch gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 17. Etage, wo sich die Fenster so gar nicht öffnen lassen und die AC durch das Personal gesteuert wird, was blöd ist. Das Bett war zu weich und die Matratze hat in der Mitte einen Hügel gebildet. Es gab nur einen Seifenspender in der Dusche für alles, der durch das harte Plastik schwer zu bedienen war. Die Glasscheibe vor dem Bad ist nicht sehr toll. 1. hört man alles und 2. ist...

"Pros: clean, most amenities, helpful staff Cons: Distance to Amsterdam central (2 trams), long walk to tram station, variable room rates ’different from advertised/booked price ($70 up to $140 - each day a different (higher) price not inc. 21% tax! Can’t keep window open due to McDonals (next building) parking lot is meeting place for youth to rev/race their cars each night!"

"Good basic accommodation. The room and hotel were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle bus is reliable there are about 2 each hour. So you might have to wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Thank you Ibis Budget."

"Room was not prepared before arrival. The sofa bed had a old chewing gum stuck on there and the bedding was not available. Had to spend the first night without proper bedding phone did not work and had to request three times. Coffee machine did not work and the pods were not availed only two small waters for four people stay. The towel also had a stain in general the house keeping was not great and staff were mot friendly."
