"It was quite far away from Groningen train station (around 25 mins walk), but the bus service was convenient. The room was clean. However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options."

"The people working there are friendly and helpful. We were a bit late for breakfast and the lady working there very kindly made up some food for us. The breakfast is good and varied. It's a bit off the beaten track being a 25 or so minute walk to the centre although there is a bus nearby that runs to town every 20 minutes. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"Me, my husband and my 2 children had great 5days stayed in the market hotel..We booked 2 rooms (602 & 404) The breakfast was nice. ..ambience is perfect..all the staffs are firendly and helpful. The hotel is very comfort and close to the parking lot (forum groningen) where we park our car there. Would love to stay there again next time. "

"The wood-fired hot tub and fire pit was a highlight of our stay that was worth the money! The electric blankets were a welcome (and needed!) bonus for our October stay in the Jubi tent. The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. "The stay made me gain trust in staying in hostels again! The place seems super new, everything is extremely clean and well organized and therefore I felt very comfortable!! The night I stayed was a pretty calm night and the room not nearly at full capacity. The location is right in the center and e.g. a bus stop very close as well as supermarkets and other stores. Loved it!!"
