"Our stay in Zaandam so pleasant and memorable. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was elegant and thoughtfully arranged. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!"

"Overall cleanness and staff communication can be improved, however this hotel/hostel is pretty useful for group or family at comfortable and affordable neighborhood. Air conditioning is good even in windowless rooms."

"Absolutely perfect location easy into the city and lovely location with a comfortable room."

"If you can't climb stairs and big steps, this isn't for you. It's a great looking suite. The bed was comfortable and the shower is large (don't know why they are obsessed with clear bathrooms though). "What an amazing stay! Harbourlodges well exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless! Easy to find, communication was amazing! Thank you again for such a great stay, we will be back and recommend to anyone we know traveling to Amsterdam! Easy access to the train station and shopping!"

"I enjoyed the hostel although it was very hot inside the rooms and the other travellers/men living in the rooms were strange "

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "

"Everything is great, We would definitely choose this place again if we come back for another trip."
