Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. "The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. I asked for a wheelchair accessible room and I can say that the bathroom is really big, it has a roll in shower, the only thing a little difficult was to regulate the temperature of the water but other than that everything was great, the room is a little small but there was enough space for my wheelchair which was my main worry. "Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that"
