"Nicer place than expected good location "

"Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored."

"The room was clean, cozy and the perfect retreat. The hotel had little amenities to make you feel welcomed. The staff was friendly and took care of any needs right away that needed attention. "

"The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you ordered any entree on the menu free. Although at booking it is an up charge for the breakfast package. Well worth it."

"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"Me and my fiance stayed their only one night, and was treated very very terrible it was also very humiliating were homeless right now i just would never recommend them!!!"

"Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Check-in folks were very nice and friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. My room had nice amenities with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area!"

"The rom was not clean. Dirty washcloth left behind. Furniture dirty. Grounds littered. Breakfast buffet was minimal. And the pool and area was cold."
