"Horrible, didnt even stay because of strange guy knocking on our room winfow. A window that the lick was broken on. 4 kids bday parties, couldnt even use the pool or hot tub because of all the kids and parties, plus thr hotel lets people pay 5 dollars just to use thee pool. Hortible rxperience. "

"Need to get TRASH picked up Bags and bags all around dumpster. Lobby has a unpleasant smell when you walk in, NOT welcoming!! Unable to work TV could not move channels no instructions in rooms, Need to be updated to SMART TVs Shower felt like a capsule very small"

"They need to fix the hole in the wall in bathroom and maybe get someone to fix the tile on the wall because too much caulking was used "

"This was a lovely property that was even nicer than we expected. Terrific location that was walking distance to town and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!"

"They don’t let you check in until 3. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The front desk staff was nice and informative. The only issue we had was the cleaning staff didn’t clean the room during our 5 day stay."

"There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. "

"Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored."

"My first room assignment had terrible chemical smell. 2nd room no soap or cups in bathroom. Lighting fixtures broken, only lukewarm water in am. Key card entry broken and junk from piled around outside from other tenants."
