"My tv was broken upon arrival front desk never replaced it for the two days I stayed I ended up going with a different hotel"

"My daughter and I stayed for one night. It was quiet enough for me to get my homework done, the bed was soft enough for her to fall asleep before 2am. The staff who was there was very helpful in getting us into a different room. I didn't know I booked an accessible room,she was nice enough to move us into a different room without an extra charge. I received my full deposit also. Breakfast could have been a little bit better but I feel like she was the only one working in the whole hotel. I would...

"Check in was quick and easy! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The accessibility bathroom with the roll in shower was perfect for my father. We are greatful for the shower option!"

"It was an okay room, everything fine. Only problem I had is they wanted a deposit, and when I went to check out around 8:30 AM no one was in the office. I called and was told that no one would be in the office until 9:30 AM and I have to wait or return later for my deposit. Had to be at work by 9am."

"Location was fairly rundown and in need of a refresh. The door in my room had a crack, big enough that you could slip an entire book through not just a piece of paper. The showerhead was not on tight enough and was spraying water over top of the shower door and soak the floor in the bathroom. Additionally the refrigerator had somebody else’s food in it when I checked in."

"Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again."
