First, the good: the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, it was easy and reasonably priced to book a private taxi through the hotel for day trips, and the breakfast buffet was really good. "The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice."

"We loved our stay at the hotel , location is the one of the best available in Bagan , with sunset , sunrise points near by , river side view & one of the most beautiful sunset views. Rooms were spacious & staff super courteous and helpful , breakfast spread was nice and dinners were also good, had a nice surprise on our anniversary from hotel staff, THANKS. Only opt for river view or lawn facing rooms . Pool side rooms are in need of renovation and do not have much of a view , do not recommend...
