"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"Me preocupo la seguridad estuve dos noches y alquilamos dos calañas la primera noche tuvimos un temblor de 5.9 alas 2:30 am no había internet nunca hubo teléfono disponible en la habitación salimos para ver a nuestra amistad ala otra cabaña y en el lobby no había nadie en los caminos las luces apagadas tuvimos q caminar con linternas No fueron a verificar el estado de nosotros en ningún momento lo mínimo q esperaba era q por lo menos fueran alas cabañas para saber cómo estaba .Me pregunto si...

"Reservé por dos noches y me quede solo una, la limpieza y en general el estado del hotel no le confieren a este hotel ni una sola estrella. Pagué 135 usd por noche, pero pienso que pagando la mitad , aún sería caro debido a los deficientes servicios que brinda."

"Nice place to getaway from cell phones, email etc. as they do not have wi-fi. Beautiful, refreshing pool. Excellent mission to be eco-friendly. We enjoyed the screened in room right on the river and hearing the rain. However, it gets very warm and there is no fan. Food is excellent. The staff (except for the activities director) was unfriendly. Acted like we were inconvencing them. Need better trading. No one on the staff spoke English. Since the hotel is offered through hotels.com/United...

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "
