"Avoid this place at all cost if you made a booking make sure you check what room they put you in if you paid extra for a certain room because these guys don’t care.
I called the reception so many times and they said are we looking into it and then they will just hang up the phone. and guess what? They never got back. It was very frustrating dealing with them.
And not a single apologies was made."

"The rooms weren’t well maintained and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The biggest problem was AC did not work well and made noises (most definitely pigeons nesting). Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of throughout our visit. The restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service. As a thoughtful surprise for our celebration, the hotel even provided a little cake, which made the occasion extra special. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
