"Was disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub but when I looked at pictures it looked like there was one but it’s a kiddie pool. Our room had big gaps underneath the door leading to outside and we could smell cigarette smoke in our room. Plus side was the pool was huge and the staff was great. "

"We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. "It was easy to find. The staff was warm and welcoming. The lobby area was very nice and updated. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was great and the water pressure was fabulous! Breakfast was good with all of the options including cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Beverage options included coffee, juices and tea. It was a very comfortable and economical stay after a long day of driving."

"Overall, an okay stay. I appreciate a hotel that's not right off the highway, it was quiet. However, it is a shame you have to pay for mediocre breakfast. Staff wasn't the friendliest, they seem to be understaffed maybe? Room was not very clean, there were hairs all over the shower and bathroom, I don't think the shower had been cleaned. There was also a stain on the cover sheet for the bed. Would give them another chance if we ever need to stay here again. "

"Very sketchy area, poor lighting outside and inside, entrance door on the side of hotel didn’t even lock so anyone could just come and go. Picture from Expedia is obviously very outdated! Also booked a king room and got there she said they were out, so we took one with 2 queens. Went online out of curiosity and it said they still had 5 king rooms left…. Wouldn’t recommend at all"

"There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative.
