"For the price, this was a really good hotel. The views of the lake are great. We really enjoyed the owner and son. Chatting with them is nice. Lots of food options and shopping around. Their restaurant had great BBQ food. AND, pale ale (first I saw in all of Nepal). I recommend a stay. But dont expect a palace...you pay for a good stay. You get it. "

"Hi, my name is Dhan. I booked this hotel through hotels.com & had some reservation about it because I didn't know that much about this hotel ( Kathmandu Mantra). When I went there, OMG, I couldn't believe it. The hotel is brand new, managers/ owners(2 Young gentlemen) gave me very good reception. They are very polite, friendly & energetic.
