"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless.

"We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great.
The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay.
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay...
