Cari Hotel di New Haven County

"Was clean, breakfast provided, parking on site."

"The Hotel is undergoing renovations so that could explain why the room was undecorated and devoid of any decorations such as wall art. The sofa had. a large obvious stain on the cushion which made it unpleasant to think of sitting on it. The Bed was so saggy we both rolled into the middle toward each other and this was pretty unacceptable. The Highway noise was amazingly invasive and loud. This noise was added to by that of what must have been a bar or dance club connected to the Hotel, There...

"The room smelled too much of cleaning product. It was the strong odor that bothered me a lot."

"It was a great experience being at this location.. ease of access, amenities such and pool and gym was a plus for me and the overall property was a good place to walk around and enjoy outside as much as inside. I love the fact that I had a kitchen with a full size fridge with dish washer and the house cleaning services were on point."

"Very spacious room, bathroom a bit thight though. Looked oké, but the bathroom fan (I think was old) made a noise like a helicopter and the carpet was full of stains. There was an altercation beneath our window and the police was called in. I stay over 90 days a year in hotels and absolutely never stayed in a place where something like this happened."

"Everything was great. If any complaint, it was the shower pressure was low. This may have been an eco friendly feature."

"The AC unit seem to been on a "standard temp" meaning when turned down, the room did not get a cool as desired. My sink drained a little slow and fridge had an issue which caused a leak. However, with those few items not perfect, my stay was seamless. When Environmental services stopped by Saturday morning for regular services, I advised of the leak with the fridge. I was assured it would be seen to. When I returned to the room, there was not more leak."

"It’s under renovation, so a little dirty. Bedding and shower is among the best I ever had, comparable to 5 star hotels. Breakfast is so so, some staff not very helpful."

"Good Service"

"As we finished parking, there was a homeless person being chased away from the property. Had to hear a full rant before being checked in. The TV in our room lost it's signal as well as the toilet and sink were backing up. Compared to where I'm used to staying...Trash!"
