"Good location and service. The room service menu is a bit underwhelming and not available 24 hours. The in-room sensor positioned above the bed, lights flashing every time you moved, felt a bit creepy and off-putting. "

"The ac did not keep the room cool, kind of warm though out the stay. It was difficult getting up and down the steps with my luggage, and I did use the lift.
Staff, food, wine, and location were outstanding!"

"The booked room was unavailable due to residual aroma after pest extermination. The electrics in the 2 rooms were unsafe, numerous power boards and loose power switches. One TV was unplugged from numerous connections from a power board under the bed and the other TV could only receive 2 channels. At 0715 a high pitched squeal occurred when the adjoining unit’s shower was being used. A dripping tap from the nearby en suite was a nuisance. 2 night’s stay was not enjoyable.

"We booked 5 rooms for a family getaway for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable enough. However TVs did not work in 4 of the rooms. We had a pleasant saturday afternoon doing the wine tasting at the Cellar Door.
The restaurant was not opened for breakfast. All in all, a nice weekend."
