"Lovely place. The check in process was great for being contactless. My room was super cute and had everything I needed. They did an amazing job renovating the rooms. It’s obvious the owners care based on the upgrades they chose. Rooms are very modern and I will say, the walls are a bit thin as I could hear my neighbors. Earplugs were sufficient.
There are restaurants, gas stations, drug stores (and the airport) that are within walking distance.
Definitely recommend and we will definitely...

"Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working."

"We enjoyed our stay!
Pros: location, private beach, lounge chairs, tubes, playground, welcoming to families.
Cons: the rooms are tight and dimly lit, the bathroom smells of mildew, there’s no blankets on the beds.
Overall, we’d stay here again for the convenient location and beautiful private beach. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and tubes around the beach."

"It appears that this property has had some upgrades as of late but many many more are needed. Could hear every word our neighbors spoke through the cheap door separating our rooms. Common areas were rough and hopefully you don't end up on the unfavorable side of the property."
