"It’s a place I would go if I only want to gamble. The woman at the desk was extremely rude. There’s no room service and no information to order take out in the room anywhere.

"The room was clean. I don’t like bulk shampoo and body wash. I was woke up by construction . When I called desk they had no idea. For my inconvenience I was given a free cup of coffee🎉 not happy I spent almost 500$ on room and casino. All staff interactions were wonderful"

"I was very disappointed, the room was dusty, smells, AC was loud and there were bugs in the room. This was room 113. We chose this hotel because it looks amazing. I mentioned to front desk who told me that because we booked with third they were unable to make an adjustment to bill but was going to have a manager called . There is no call as yet "
