"Elevator small and long waiting at peak time. No boiler in room but a small coffee maker. Room is also very small. Bath room fan is pretty efficient"

"The staff was very nice and they let us check in earlier at no cost. However, the hotel is very old and several things didn’t work like the exhaust fan in the restroom. They had only one small table in the room and that wasn’t enough space to put our stuff on, specifically in the bathroom!"

"Great place to stay without costing an arm and a leg. 2 block walk to E train and then from there can get to Carnegie Hall, Union Station, and even world trade center. AC eas solid and strong. quickly cools the entire room."

"The hotel itself was fine. The staff, however, is another story. I am trying to get a receipt of my stay for 5 days now and I have not received an email from them with it. This was charged directly to hotel and my card was charged. I was hung up on multiple times or transferred to numbers that kept ringing. It is inexcusable to not respond to a customer to that has paid to stay in your hotel. And such a simple request."

"I love New York but I hated this hotel. This is my worst experience in NYC. On the plus side, the location is great, the cleaning staff were great and the rooftop bar and tiny pool are nice. However, the hotel is not in a great shape, it has a very unkempt vibe and the rooms are tiny (as would be expected in NYC).
