"Had a horrible experience..I checked in to a room and wasn’t able to stay for more than 15 minutes due to smell(carpet stink) ,rust or radon. Since it was a health hazard,I had to check out immediately. I had to book another hotel on the same night..the worst is ,Expedia asked the hotel for refund and the property denied it. I expected all hotels in Expedia to meet some standards..apparently, I was wrong! For a booking of 2 nights costing me $300, I got only $50 credit so far from Expedia,even...

"The hotel did not give the same vibe as the photos online had. The elevators were small and not very well kept. The rooms were smaller than the pictures made them look. Location was fabulously close to Times Square. Overall, it was a bed to sleep in and shower (when the water wasn't turned off due to city reasons, no fault of the hotel). Water pressure wasn't the best."
