"Location is great! Walkable to Times Square, Broadway, the subway. The rooms (to be expected but we were still shocked) are TINY. We were there for five nights in a King room and had no place to store anything. Two women with a normal suitcase each, normal makeup and hair styling tools, and normal amount of things quickly made the small room overcrowded. The lighting was also not great, so getting ready each day was a challenge. The room was also hot. Like really, really hot. We kept the ac on...

"The kitchen kit need to be upgrade , you have almost nothing .......realy not easy to do something when you dont have even just a spatula, a nomal knife and a plastic bord to cut your stuf 😅"

"Hotel perfetto. Pulizia e cambio lenzuola/asciugamani giornalieri. Servizio di lavanderia ottimo e personale alla reception sempre presente e disponibile. Forse un filo esagerati con la cauzione (800$) che richiedono al check-in, però prontamente restituita un paio di giorni dopo il check-out."
