"The man working the front desk seemed to be the only person working there, period. He was very friendly but understandably overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! "

"The room phone did not work, couldn’t call for more towels or toiletries as housekeeping is only every other day but they didn’t come either. Pool was nice, our room was on the pool side so very loud until 10pm which was okay with us. Breakfast buffet was large. Dint realize hotel was a convention center so really busy and staff seemed sort of spaced out. Average accommodation at a very expensive price."

"The room and staff were great. The breakfast was not. No tables to sit at, muffins were stale, yogurt short dated. I get it when it’s not really tourist season but, while everything else was great, the complimentary breakfast was truly disappointing "
