"We arrived after the reception staff had gone home so our keys were in the safe. It was stressful accessing info without WiFi. The reception staff were friendly but not often there (weekend hours) and weren’t able to resolve some issues. We didn’t have WiFi working in our room which made communication difficult with activities that we had planned."

"Lovely property and we enjoyed our stay, but knowing what we know now, if we returned we would ask for the following: - An upper level room. Ground floor rooms hear every footstep from above and if people are early risers or night owls, you will need earplugs to sleep. - A room with a comfortable couch. "The accomodation was as expected. This was our second stay at this property. The ensuite bathroom sink had a block (fills to overflow with no plug and drains slow) and needs the pipe cleared. The main room bedside lights had frayed cabling and did not work. Overall clean accomodation and the bathrooms had been renovated to be modern. The gym is basic and some equipment dated. The tennis courts are great and the pool facility is good. The location is prime and is awesome to step out the front...
