"They did not arrive for the airport transfer & they did not reimburse us for the overpriced taxi we had to take as a result $60 when the fare should have only been $15. The rental car they organised a day late for us was overpriced $80 a day when should have been $65. The room phone did not work & receptionist had to come to our room to speak with us as a result, but they didn’t fix it so no phone for us the whole stay. Location is good for first time visitors as it’s central to the town."

"Not much food choice and food and drink expensive. Main gripe is claim that 2 GB of Wi Fi provided. All gone after 1 day and they claim used it all and have to pay for more. Rubbish when only used to download paper and mail and average data use over 3 month period is consistently 1.2 GB."
