"Very helpful and friendly staff, our flight reached at 7 :15 am We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay."

"เจ้าหน้าที่รีเซปชั่นไม่ค่อยมีใจบริการ ไม่น่าประทับใจ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่ไม่สะอาด ถนนหนทางรอบๆ โรงแรมขรุขระ ฝุ่นควัน สกปรก ไม่ปลอดภัยสำหรับคนเดินเท้า สภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องพักเก่ามีกลิ่นอับและค่อนข้างมืด ไม่สะอาด เตียงนอนพอใช้ได้ ลิฟต์ที่ให้บริการสภาพเก่าและค้างอยู่บ่อยๆ ใช้งานได้ไม่กี่ตัว อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายเมนูแต่เน้นอาหารมุสลิม โดยรวมไม่ประทับใจ และไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป"
