"The hotel lobby is of a bygone era of elegance. I love the variety of crystal chandeliers and beautiful wood. The rooms are just ordinary hotel rooms. Clean and with nespresso pods & creamers for coffee. The lack of valet parking was confusing and inconvenient for us. It hampered our check in process making it a very stressful arrival. "The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront.
However, my overall experience was mixed. The staff were polite but not particularly proactive. Important information was not provided unless I specifically asked for it, which made the stay less convenient than expected.
