The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "We stayed at Tree Tops for one night, saw a variety of animals and an elephant came to the watering hole in the early hours of the morning. An interesting hotel, but the staff don't seem very enthusiastic, especially as there weren't many other guests staying there. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we slept on during our holiday to Kenya. The shower cubical could do with a deep clean. "
