"My daughter and I just stayed one night for a dance competition so it served its purpose. The area was a little creepy to check in after dark. If this location is necessary in the future, we will definitely check in during the daylight hours. Parking was convenient to the room. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. It was obvious that the sink and kitchenette area had not been cleaned or even wiped down (hair, crumbs, etc). Luckily, we did not need those amenities."

"Nice property. One of the two rooms wasn't cleaned properly. In the morning, the cleaning staff opened the room door to clean with do not disturb sign hanging. No bedside lighting. "

"We were disappointed with our stay due to several cleanliness and comfort concerns. The hallway leading to our room was dirty upon check-in, and unfortunately, it was never cleaned during our stay. Inside the room, there was a persistent dampness that affected both the space and our personal belongings. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that my husband had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on the following night. Additionally, our room was not serviced while we were out all day Saturday. When we returned, the bed felt cold and damp, which added to the discomfort. The bathroom sink was leaking every time we turned it on. We would not stay here again. "

"Super convenient for UGA. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny; but all up to date. I booked two adults, but UGA Daughter decided to stay with us and I listed that (in writing) at front desk…would have been classy IF check-in provided 3 comp breakfast vouchers; but that didn’t happen. Also I detest plastic trough and utensils for a meal, but that’s how breakfast is served—expected better. Would I stay again-yes; but doubtful I seek it out. Also, I like clear instructions. Parking was free in the tiered garage, but there is a tkt machine and gate—which was up…but it took a minute to process—desk should’ve clearly said…‘don’t mind the tkt machine or the gate—just proceed past the open gate to any open parking space—a small but helpful detail for 1st time visitor.."

"I’m sorry but this hotel is a dump it smells of old carpet I had no hot water in the shower and it’s in a questionable area. I would not recommend this place at all."
