"The staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was very clean around the hotel including the rooms however maybe the bathrooms can do with a bit of an update - there was a musty smell and the bathtub was a bit old. I took the breakfast option which was a buffet but there wasn’t much selection of hot food and the food was repetitive. However the waiters are all attentive and they do go above and beyond to try to meet your needs. Also, I like to see traditional food options too, but I didn’t see...

"We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals....

"It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. "My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. "The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "
