"It was like something out of a scary movie. I was greeted by a broken front door, a lobby in disarray, overgrown bushes, and the person on duty looking at a slate of 32 security cameras around the place. The room was old, and whoever painted it last forgot to touch up or use drop cloths, in between missing spots. It felt like a halfway house for transient people.....and the state forgot to inspect it . On the bright side the TV and mini fridge did work and I had a roof over my head that...

"This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"

"This house was perfect for my family as we traveled for a wedding. My two brothers and our family’s got comfortably in this wonderful home that was very close to the venue. We had easy access to all local spots and it had everything we could ask for. Very responsive hosts and all around amazing people and experience. Would recommend!!!!"

"I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. "
