Cari Hotel di Kawasan Oromia

"I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of...

"Everything is great, but there are no places nearby to buy things, so please prepare what you need in advance."

"The staff is friendly. The pool was very dirty. And the room had coackroaches."

"Always consistent professional and friendly staff/service"

"Paid for an executive room and was given a standard room."

"We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good food."

"goed gelegen hotel,accomaodatie is verouderd"

"The can't even check the reservation on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They don't even help you. And good luck going to the expedia support. They can't contact the property aswell. Absolute Crooks."

"I'm glad I chose this hotel. Though on a major street, it is set back far enough to be fairly quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the price!"

"The place needs a lot of investment and renovation. Pool is out of use. The restaurant is just OK. Food is not impressive. The breakfast buffet when offered is poor. Yet you can order omelet and toasted bread. Very nice people, ready to do the extra mile for you but English is a challenge for almost everybody. My room was very small but I had mosquito screen in the window. No A/C. Fans available upon request. Shower extremely small, yet full toiletries supplied. Overall it is a good value for...

"The hotel does not operate under the name Rift Valley hotel but rather Caneth hotel although the company appears to be the same. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear as to the real reason why this occurred as they had a printed email with my booking details on it. They did help us find an alternative hotel close by and gave us a free meal the following night as ...
