"This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view."

"The room smelled badly and really needs updating (mold in shower, sheets didn’t fit the bed and no room service throughout our stay. It may work for those who really want to “rough it,”. The hot tubs were slimmy and had a lot of bugs and mysterious “floaters.”"
