"Room was maybe adequate for one night stay, Room seemed clean overall, but mattresses were sunken in and old, not great. We did not spend much time in the room or the property - definitely there for the outdoor fall colors and hiking and scenic drives this time of year. Don’t bother with the hot tub - not well maintained and smelled off when we checked it out. Continental breakfast was basic but ok - I don’t think we’d stay here again."

"The hotel was definitely overpriced for the experience provided. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional, which was the highlight of the stay. "Loved the rooms and there were some snacks and water provided which was great for pre and post hikes. The spa was amazing, we liked to go at the end of the day to unwind. I was very surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms. I was worried that because it’s an old building we’d hear everything, but that was not the case. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept amazing!"
