"Very nice room but need more direction signs to get to your room cause the hotel wings are vast"

"Everything in the room is very old, and there was no notice that the waterslide was closed until we saw a sign at the check-in counter. This is my birthday trip, so I’m very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"Very comfy and clean room. Parking not being free is kind of a drag - it’s $32 for the night. Location is good, and there’s food Spots around. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of seating. Spoke with a few staff on the phone and they seemed frustrated when requesting early check in. Early check in is a “call on the day to see” but the message could’ve been delivered in a better way. Would stay again, but would track the price better to see if there’s a lower rate. "

"Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again"

"This facility is in need of updating asap. We did not stay once we got to the room. It was not clean and we decided to go elsewhere. The front desk staff was fantastic! She needs a prize for dealing with this poor mess of a hotel. "
