"Excellent staff service. The property is as described, with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.The food at the restaurant was nice. Our flight was early and the restaurant staff prepared takeout breakfast sandwiches for us. My only negative comment is the Resort’s incorrect phone information that appears in Expedia Canada website. I had trouble contacting the Resort because of.the phone mixup. "Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there."

"Fantastic and budget friendly. Rooms are great. Very clean and well equipped. Restaurant has a great menu and the chef is excellent. Infinity pool is to die for. You’re can be accessed from the report. The lodge is isolated, so be prepared to eat in the area or the hotel across the way! "

"We liked quiet spot with water front views. Room's we're quirky and open, but would have appreciated air conditioning and WiFi extender to the room. Also no coffee available 24/7. This would be nice. And mistakes made with invoicing in hotels favour with no apology "
