"Great accommodation, location, staff and loved the spa bath. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was being able to hear the snoring from the room next door through the night and their conversations the next morning. Glad I packed my earplugs. I would stay there again but if they are not fully booked, I will ask for a room with no neighbours."

"Whilst The Copthorne is a well known chain I felt the room were a bit tired particularly the bathroom. Bit of mould in grout in shower (o er bath shower), which needs work on but you could see housekeeping are doing their best. Bedroom was very clean and tidy and otherwise a safe stay and close to town. Manager was excellent on offering is another room as the extractor fan in the first room was incredibly loud. There was no issue at all in the new room. Very quiet."

"The hotel is old this would be fine, charming even, if things like the shower heads were updated. The TV was not very good in my room. The bathroom needs a referb. The bed was nice. The staff were nice."
