"Ini yg kedua kali Menginap disini setelah satu tahun dan selalu pesan kamar balcony dg sea view, rasanya selalu menenangkan menghirup udara segar laut dan mendengar alunan suara air laut,..makanan cukup banyak variasi, receptionist (si cantik asal makasar) sangat ramah, semoga bisa kembali ke papua dan bermalam di swissbel lagi tentunya. "Those with common-sense will know that such high ratings are pure fiction. This is only recently a "Best Western" and in brand name only, so don't be misled. It is an absolute dump. "Room was ok, staff were friendly. My room didn’t have a window, so I upgraded to a different room on my third night to a larger deluxe double room, which was no different than the first room I was in, and still in the window. Breakfast was good. Again, staff were very polite and professional. "
