"The hotel is completely renew so everything is new. They are still remodeling like spa, and some areas. The breakfast is awesome, fresh and delicious. It was raining so being at the pool was difficult. The staff very attentive Joel, specially helped us a lot and they speak different languages. Very clean room, individual AC unit that you could adjust at your necessity."

"Wish Foz do Iguacu was an exceptional experience. The villa style rooms rather than a tall building full of rooms was a welcome upgrade to what we expected. "The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup...

"Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess....
