"Philippe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped in. Knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Hotel room was big and had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. Located easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the lake it was a great trip. "

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed.
