"place is nice and quiet, but one woman staff not so friendly ; they even charge me a late check out fee for a check out before 12.. Luxury hotel price with a 3stars hotel staff mentality"

"The Rivage is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was exceptional in our experience. The hot tub could be hotter. The location was very near a bus stop for ventures into the old town. Very close to a favourite restaurant of ours."

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Safe parking. Breakfast was basic but good."

"The friendly attitude and desire to better my stay"

"Great location for old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. We would stay there again."

"Small family feel hotel with all the modern facilities expected today. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Location is perfect, within steps from Old Town. Room interior is brand new but a bit small, especially the bathroom."

"Clean room nice atmosphere and close to shopping centre and the lake"

"Brilliant hotel. Room was excellent with a walk in wardrobe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned/tidied twice in a day. The views of lake Annecy were incredible and the deco/design of the hotel was equally good."

"They had a lot of amenities and very clean"
