"The air con was broken which was a big problem with 3 small children and record Paris temperatures. Fair enough, things can break but it is the way the staff dealt with it on check in.
I asked if anything can be done or compensation offered to which she said the only thing that can be done if you are not happy with the room is to go to another hotel. A poor response considering we had arrived at 9pm with 3 tired small children. They knew the air con was broken all day, if this was to be their...

"If you are handicapped this is not a good property for you to stay at. If you have trouble with narrow, winding stairs you should avoid this one. The driveway needs grading badly. Air conditioning in a window unit. Only one person spoke English. Breakfast is expensive. Better to go into Fountainbleau."

"84 euros pour une chambre qui est censée avoir etait nettoyée.Il y'avait du sans sur la cuvette du sang j'aurais dû prendre en photo et demander un remboursement c'est une honte . La lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas , il y'avait des traces sur le miroir le sol n'était pas propre.Et le matin je me suis faites harcelé par le service ménage or qu'on est censé rendre la chambre a 12h . Horrible expérience"
